Things to remember and consider:

1. plan the Cuzco/MP tour to coincide with a Sunday so the Pisac Market will be open
2. have a breather between arrival in Cuzco and touring the city.  For acclimation
3. Hit Arequipa first and Cuzco last
4. Nazca land tour.
